Palo Alto Double 15K, Baylands 10K, UjENA Fit Club 5k, Kids 1 Mile Double Racing®, Double for short, is a sport consisting of two-stage running events. Participants first run the longer stage, take a halftime break and then run the second stage. Times are combined for scoring. Participants must complete both stages to get a time. The second stage starts 1 hour 45 minutes (restart) after the start of first leg. There will be four events in Palo Alto. Double 15K (10K+5K), Palo Alto 10K, UjENA 5K Run/Walk, Kids 1 Mile

Do you want to run a flat and fast course on the San Francisco Bay Trail (all paved and wide). This is your race. Marina 10K, UjENA Fit Club 5K or the Marina Double 15K (10K+break+5K). Bring the kids to run in Bob Anderson's Kids Cup 1 Mile! Plenty of food, medals for all finishers, shirts for all participants and raffle prizes. All participants will receive an official shirt and all finishers will receive a special medal. Winner in each ten-year age-group for Double 15K, 10K and 5K will receive a special medal. Trophies for all four races and $200 cash prizes for the Double 15K ($100 for first woman and man). Plenty of food and other goodies. It is a good time of the year to be racing in this part of the San Francisco Bay.

Golden Gate 10K, UjENA 5K and Golden Gate DOUBLE 8K (5K+3K) offers unparalleled views of the Golden Gate Bridge for more than 80% of the course! The course will begin on historic Crissy Field near the Presidio of San Francisco. Runners will enjoy the gorgeous vistas of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
